Because we’re also a licensed electrical contractor (EC13014738), lighting circuits, transformers, and controls are handled in-house by the same team that designs the layout — not split between a designer and a separate electrician.

What’s the difference between linear lighting and standard lighting?
Linear lighting uses continuous runs of light — often LED strips or channels — to create clean lines along architecture, coves, stairs, or facades, rather than individual fixtures at fixed points. It’s typically used for a more modern, integrated look.
Can lighting be planned before construction is finished?
Yes, and it’s the ideal time. Planning lighting during design or early construction means circuits and fixtures can be positioned correctly the first time, instead of retrofitting after walls and ceilings are finished.
Do you install landscape and outdoor lighting too?
Yes. Facade, garden, and landscape lighting are installed with weather-rated fixtures and wiring, designed to hold up outdoors long-term.
Can lighting be controlled from the same system as my smart home?
Yes, if you have or add Control4 automation — lighting scenes can be scheduled, dimmed, and controlled from the same app as climate, entertainment, and security.
Is architectural lighting only for high-end properties?
No — it scales. The same design principles apply to a single-room accent lighting project as to a full-property facade lighting plan; the scope and budget simply adjust.
